By downloading or using Alkemi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is free
Alkemi is free to download and use. All features are available to all users. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no premium tiers.
Your data
All financial data you enter or that Alkemi captures from SMS and notifications is stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to it. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for maintaining backups of your data.
Accuracy
Alkemi uses pattern matching to parse bank SMS and notifications. Parsing is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. You should verify important financial information with your bank. Alkemi is not a licensed financial advisor and nothing in the app constitutes financial advice.
No warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Alkemi, including any loss of financial data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
